1.) Do we offer short term leases? Answer: YES! We understand your flexibility needs! Therefore, we offer Month To Month, 3 month leases and longer agreements up to 14 months. *Additional fees apply for all short term needs. Contact the office for more details.
2.) Are we pet friendly? Answer: Definitely! Your extended family is always welcome here! Residents are allowed 2 pets per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply, but there is no weight limit. Veterinarian canine breed verification and an additional security deposit of $750 per dog and $350 per cat is required. Two pets maximum. Contact the office for more details.
3.) Do the apartment homes come with assigned parking?
Answer: Yes! All apartment homes come with a 1-car detached, private garage OR 1 reserved covered carport. There is a price difference of $100 per month, if your home has a garage. Guests and residents can choose from 433 open spaces within the community, or reserve an additional covered carport for $35 more per month. *Additional carports are on a first come, first serve basis, and availability is not guaranteed.
4.) What appliances are included? Answer: Full sized washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave are included inside every apartment!
5.) What utilities are residents responsible for? Answer: Residents are responsible for all utilities including Riverside Public Utilities for electricity, Southern California Gas Company for gas, AT&T (offering telephone, satellite television and high speed internet), American Utility Management (water, trash and sewer is billed monthly).
6.) Do the apartments come with storage? Answer: Yes! Most apartments come with a storage area located on the patio. The storage areas vary in size.
7.) Do you provide rental furniture?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents that are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com.
